    I tried changing it but it doesn't do anything...I tried contacting xbox support and microsoft support and they kept telling me they dont know how to fix this... Help me its been since 2017!!!

    2. You -can- reset the password in the Microsoft Account system for the parental email even if it's broken. Go to
    account.live.com/password/reset and change the password, using the Security Question/Secret Answer.
