It keeps asking for my password on the Xbox it will not let me sign in

I keep trying to sign in into my account. It ask for my email and password as another security proof. I did as asked and it does not let me sign in. My account was working just fine last night. I currently am getting the error code

ive tired to do all of the suggestions but my xbox wont let me sign in after i sign out. it would ask for my password then comes to a screen saying "this account has already been added" acting like i never signed out and i keep clicking connect to xbox live
and the screen would just sit there and do NOTHING

Not just you mate. I cant sign in. Keeps asking me for my password signs me in and then straight out again. Go online to the website and kept telling me my account doesn't exist. finally got on here but not Xbox

It keeps doing this to me.....I deleted the profile off my console, cleared cache, downloaded my profile again, then it signs me in once I enter the name and password, and after it asks if I want to remember the password, it goes back and asks for it all
again, then gives me the error sign again....
