Got a £10 voucher off Amazon, says already redeemed

If you bought 5th aniversary of oblivion you got a voucher for $10 off the purchase of guide and game. So it was a whopping $5 or something.

I got my son a 3 month game pass yesterday, but we want to upgrade to Ultimate. Can I get a voucher off Amazon to do the upgrade or does it have to be done via the console?
