    My Freind Has Botted Followers on his account and he’s worried incase he gets banned or...


    I'm reaching out on behalf of my friend Recently, he noticed a sudden spike in his follower count, and upon checking, it looks like many of the new followers are clearly bots. He did not purchase or request these followers, and he's genuinely concerned about the situation.

    He’s worried that this might lead to a suspension or ban on his account, even though he had no involvement in how these fake followers showed up. He’d really appreciate any guidance on what to do to resolve this or if there’s any way to remove them.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    If he has done nothing wrong, he has nothing to worry about, to prevent this from happening, your friend can block the option to receive followers, this can be done by logging in here

    https://www.xbox.com/user/settings/privacy-and-...

    In the "Privacy" section, scroll to the "Other Can" section, there you must disable the option "Others can follow you".

    Regarding the accounts that already follow him, he could only block them to prevent this from continuing.

    Only member of the enforcement team can ban players. You can view your ban on enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible from there.
