I can't add a card to my microsoft account

How do you add money to my Microsoft account without an xbox gift card, I already tried the family thing and even that wasn't helpful, why can't I just add money to my account with a credit card wouldn't that be easier instead of having to buy a gift card.

Oh, and 1more thing, is it possible to add new credit card in Microsoft Billing and Account Managment page? If it so how? I could try to add my credit card there, meybe it would work. If no, is there a way how to cofigure removed credit card? On that page
my credit card is in (removed) option, meybe its that problem, you can't add same credit card anymore once deleted? Thanks.

Hi, have you tried to add through the website? Also really make sure that your info, especially your card name is written as registered from the bank, sometimes it appears differently at the card.
