Microsoft is not validating my account

I've had my account for years and years. Used it on Xbox, purchased numerous things, games and I also have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription charging to my phone bill. My account got stolen almost a week ago, because somehow they got into my G-mail account, so they replaced my e-mail for some russian one, and also deleted my Authenticator. No matter how many times I fill out their form, giving them all my details perfectly that they ask for, I just get the same automated E-mail a few minutes later saying:

Answer as many questions as you can.

Submit the form from a device you frequently use from a familiar location.

Use the information you provided when you created the account, or last updated it.

If you use Outlook, you will be asked to list recently used email addresses and the subject lines from recent emails. Ask for help from contacts to confirm their email addresses and tell you the subject lines of the last three emails they sent you.

If that doesn't work, you can try this:

support.xbox.com/.../microsoft-account-not-valid

Other than that, you may have to contact phone support for more assistance. You'll be able to do that by clicking Contact Us at the bottom of one of the linked pages.

Finally seem to be getting somewhere with this. My issue on the Microsoft support forums ended up getting escalated, and the Global Escalations rep informed me that I am unable to perform validation to access my account.

Direct quote: "We request that you contact Xbox support and educate them that Microsoft account is unable to perform validation for your account."

Where should I go from here?

We have tried all of that. The email account is no longer a valid account with the service provider nor is it valid with microsoft. I have talked to their tech support as well as xbox tech support. I have other microsoft llive accounts.
