    Hey my other account was banned and I really don’t want to lose it. I’m truly sorry for the behaviour, even though I don’t think it was that bad. The gamertag is xBrocks LIVE. I’m trying everything to get it back, if there is any thing I can do please let me know.

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.
