    External Hard Drive not working after update.

    I'm having the same issue, my external hard drive shows up when I go into setttings-system-storage, right next to the internal hard drive but when I go into games and apps I get nothing. Even when I click show contents it just goes into the games and apps
    menu but just shows the internal hard drive and this all happened right after the new update. I've tried all the troubleshooting guides without any luck and now I'm just getting frustrated. Any help would be much appreciatted

    Netflix does show up under the popular apps on the apps home page. Amazon Prime and HBO Go are still not showing up in search, popular apps, all apps, or new apps.

    Thanks, i tried all that multiple times with no luck, it's really strange how when i select a channel the info for the channel shows as well as what's coming up next but when i go to the guide it shows no info available.

    The games shouldn't automatically show up in your queue. When you go to your Games and Apps, go all the way to the right and they should show up in the "Ready to Install" area.
