    Hello ive been in a mental hospital for 2 to 3 months ive not been on xbox and ive not been allowed access to anythin while bein treated i have spoke to agents on the phone and they just say wait it out but its not fair when ive done nothin wrong and been in hospital how can i get this lifted they already declined my appeal even tho i explained all this

    An appeal would be the only possible way to have it lifted. If the appeal was denied, there is nothing else that can be done.

    Am I able to contact an enforcement team member to talk to them?

    An appeal causes the enforcement team to review the suspensions to see if they made a mistake in issuing the suspension. So they would have noticed they made mistakes in issuing 3 of the suspensions, but 2 of them would have been valid.
