    Why is my recovered Xbox account banned when no bans or strikes are shown?


    I need help with an urgent issue. About 5-6 years ago, my Xbox account was hacked, and I lost access. I recently tried again and finally managed to recover it last week. But to my surprise, I found that my account is now banned from Xbox Live.

    Here's the confusing part: when I checked the Enforcement page, there are no bans or strikes listed against my account. I’ve lost over 15 years of purchases, progress, and memories, and I don’t understand why my account was banned or how to resolve this.

    Can anyone from Xbox support or the community provide guidance? I’d really appreciate any help or advice on how to get this resolved.

    It was most likely banned 5 or 6 years ago when that happened. Strikes were not a thing back then and even if they were, they would have expired by now so those wouldn't show on the enforcement site. It's also so old that the enforcement site has gone through multiple changes since then that it would no longer show on the enforcement site.

    Ty for reply.But what I can't understand if why they banned him indefinitely for such a trivial matter as what they said was harassment?sure this is just suspension as he has no strikes on his account. I read the full ban criteria as theft fraud or tampering with xbox
