Download stuck at 0%

hey this might sound stupid, but im on desktop and im currently downloading a game through the xbox app and its stuck at 0% while my download speed is at 27mbps

edit: i cancelled it and now its cancelling at 0% lol

Maybe this will help, but you'd also
be able to try to delete and download your xbox profile again, it doesn't weigh more than 100 mb and nothing or games or apps will be deleted from the console

Well that would be your issue

YOUR account region console region and actual region and language region MUST match for bc titles

VPN IS an actual violation of the terms of use also should be noted that it is causing your issue nor can wr help.you resolve the issue with thevpn

India is a xbox supported country but for bc titles your all your sertings must match

You would have to repurchase it under the correct settings in this case india

The account region can only be changed on this website under account serting and can only be updated every 3months
