    Good morning, at the beginning of April I was unfortunately hacked, and they hacked my Microsoft account by changing the email and password, so I asked support for help and received a ticket for my request for my account so that Microsoft support could help me, but I had remembered that I had a key or Authenticator for my account days later, so I managed to access the account and change the password, only changing the email left me until the end of May, after two days, then I received the response from Microsoft and in summary how I changed data when recovering it so that the hacker could not access it, "security information has been modified", they suspended it indefinitely, I have all the evidence that it is me or I have already recovered it, what can I do, help please, I have a lot of important information in it and Xbox games from years ago. ¿What can I do to unlock my account, if Microsoft support suspended my account indefinitely... :((((

    How do i unsuspend my account and go back to paying my membership whenever i like?

    some guy hacked my account, and got my info and called Microsoft to have them suspend it or Lock it can i get it unlocked

    Hello sir , So i don't know why they suspended my account permantly but this is annoying.
    They suspended my account without saying a question for me i wanted a transfer :/ but no they suspended it i'll contact a Microsoft support agent and this will be the last think i can do if not i won't create a new account.

    Hello, my account was also indefinitely banned/suspended without any details provided. My appeal was denied without providing any information on what I could do further to get my account unbanned. I only play on Pc and I communicate with my friends through discord. Is there any way I could get some help regarding my issue?

    Yes I do have access to my account however I was notified it was suspended indefinitely and that support couldn’t provide any details or further reasoning as to why. I’ve done nothing wrong apart from some hacker stealing my gamertag there should be no fraudulent activity which I discussed that problem with support last week so if this was a ban for his activity on my account it is definitely late and unwarranted. And I believe he was unsuccessful logging into my account he changed my gamertag without actually having access to my account info support has not been helpful and I would just like to resume playing games on my account.

    My son's Xbox account was compromised

    Microsoft support has told us to do the same form that we have done several times and we keep getting the same response that the account is indefinitely locked even though the guy who locked it said we would be able to unlock it whenever. The guy we talked
    to before that locked the account also ended the support case after he locked it.
