    Having issues with linking my account to my bethesda account


    So on bethesda.net you can see your linked accounts, I tried to link it to my xbox account and all went well until the website reloaded and nothing appears there, so I tried to link it again and it says link failed. So I look onto my xbox account and it says that it's been linked. What do I do, I'm unable to contact bethesda, unable to see if I really am actually linked to my bethesda account.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    From what you described, it sounds like your Xbox is showing your Bethesda account as linked, but on the Bethesda.net website, it's not showing any linked Xbox account, and you're unable to re-link it manually. This can happen when the Xbox account was previously linked to a different Bethesda account. Have you ever used a different Bethesda account before? Sometimes Xbox gets linked to an old account without realizing it.

    Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products).     I had this exact same issue on Xbox series S,

    It was solved by linking my Bethesda account and Xbox account;

    This allowed me to open the creators club section on the main menu, then hit Y to download all.
