    I can't connect my controller to my xbox


    I can't connect my new remote controller to my box 360. I followed the instructions but it still won't connect. I have other controllers which won't connect either. I have one old controller which is connected and works but is old and dodgy on one button so I want to replace it

    I don't know what to do next.

    your model has no repair with microsoft, it stopped manufacturing it in 2017 and for almost 3 years it has not repaired this model due to lack of parts.
