    Seriously….support just hung up on me.


    I need help with my access codes i know everything on my account.

    I have tried everything on the support documents. i can’t wait 30 days to get into my account.

    I called support and they transferred me and then hung up on me.

    WOW seriously this is the service i pay for.

    Reference numbers will be of no use here, as customer support agents don't use the forums. Also, I've never heard of EA calling people and demanding money to fix "problems". Anything involving random calls to solicit money is likely a scam.

    If I were you, I'd start changing passwords in your Microsoft account, EA account, and perhaps even your email inbox. Use two-step verification (if available) to further secure those accounts from fraud. Ignore any more calls from these people claiming to
    be from EA, and do not give your personal information out.

    yes this screams scam and no ms would.never ask.for.that kinda stuff

    It's likewise virus on your computer scam

    They only feed you the info you are looking for

    Don't do.it nor will.ms be able.to.help you after you fall for.the scam
