Profile making issue

Hello guys! I’ve got a problem with making a profile for the Xbox. I just bought Forza 5 for my PS5, and there is a required that I have to make a profile to play this game. So I signed in and when I tried to make my profiles, it stoped in the section where you have to choose your name and profile picture. It seems that everything is correct and I used names that were suggested by Xbox, and it still doesn’t move on. Could you please give me a piece of advice on this problem ? Thanks a lot !!!!

Please try a different device or browser by using a desktop or laptop when logging into your Microsoft account on a computer and create your Xbox profile there.

You can also use a different browser or an incognito/private window, which can help rule out caching issues.

And then clear cache and temporary data because corrupted cached data can interfere with the process. Kindly clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then sign in and creating your profile again.

Most importantly, please double-check that your Microsoft account is in good shape by logging into https://account.microsoft.com and verify that your details, security settings, and region information are all correct.

After that is to sign out completely, then signing back in.

Kindly ensure as well that both your game and your PS5 system are fully updated. For the game Forza 5, please check for any game updates or patches.

For the PS5 Firmware, an outdated system can cause compatibility issues, please verify that your console is running the latest system software available.

Have you tried to delete and download your profile again?, sometimes there can be some issues with the profile that make it look as a network issue

most account issues can be fixed by deleting and redownloading your profile. make sure to delete profile only please.

Any issue with a player needs to be reported via their profile. We cant do anything here about a player. Please report the issue via console or xbox.com and search users profile. Make sure you report the correct thing. IF its an issue with messages make
sure you report message.

Try this delete your profile and then hit the guide make sure you are not signed into any profiles and you will see an option to download profile. Download your profile and see if that resolves your issue.
