Recover or delete hacked Xbox and Microsoft account

Hi, I was trying to sign into my old Xbox account today and when I tried to sign in my account I got an error saying: (Fix this on the web) so I to sign into my old Microsoft account and entered the email and when I entered the password it said (We can't sign you in-You've used an incorrect account or password too many times. If it's an organization account, it might not be active yet). So I believe I've been hacked because i tried to reset the password and seen an unknown Hotmail email and phone number and I think I have 2 step verification on because I tried to do an account recovery and I got an email saying: (that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership).

Is it possible for you guys to recover or permanently delete my Microsoft account?

I am so sorry you are having issues with a compromised account. Please keep in mind, this is a user forum, we are not Microsoft.

The first idea to find your email is to directly log into your account with your phone number.

You can find your username using this recovery tool: [https://account.live.com/username/recover] by inputting related data.

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

Once you have found the new address, you can recover the account using the Account Recovery Form: https://account.live.com/acsr]

Make sure to complete it in an area you would usually access your account from. It is important to be consistent with this form, you can complete the form twice a day everyday until your regain access to your account. Repeating this will increase your odds of recovery.

The problem I'm facing is my Microsoft account got deleted and cannot be recovered for some reason, I wanted to get back my minecraft account in my hacked Microsoft account.
