    Hello Hamza, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    The code you posted suggests there's an issue with the internal hard drive that would need to be repaired. As Xbox no longer services the 360 consoles your best bet would be to see if your local gaming store offers a repair service.

    Hi, whenever my Xbox 360 tries to download the new update it always says "Can't process the update" I type in this status code 42FE - 43C5 - 1380 - C000 - 0185 nothing shows up, I can connect to Xbox live fine but it always says cant process the update help.

    This is probably only the first part of an error code you get during update of your console I assume?

    43C5 hexadecimal translates to 17349, which is the version of the Xbox 360 OS from April 2015.

    Usually the next code shows which version the console wants to download, and at the end of the code is the actual error information.

    So please check the error again, and post the whole error code.
