    Choose how you look on xbox not responding


    Stuck on the Xbox login page of " choose how you look on xbox " where you select your avatar and gamer tag

    Currently trying to connect Xbox account to ps5 so I can play Forza

    Have tried on 4 different browsers and the app but when I select a gamer tag and select let's go , the page doesn't advance anywhere. It does seem to take the gamer tag as you cannot use it again.

    Any advice would be appreciated as Ive been trying for over an hour.

    PC cross platforming

    I think the cross platform play is a great thing for Xbox. More people to play with. It's not all negative. There are bad eggs on every platform, it's all in how you choose to respond to them (or not respond).

    My partner has exactly the same problem. We have tried creating an account on xbox, computer, phones - same problem everywhere. I've been trying to contact XBOX support for a few hours now, but so far with no result.

    As far as I can see this is a problem present among other players too, there is a post on the XBOX Reddit where people are reporting exactly the same problem.

    I assume that the problem lies with Microsoft, but it is difficult to reach any tech support.
