    Making a microsoft account for games and the "lets go"/"next" button isn't working


    I am trying to make a microsoft account so that I play minecraft on my macOS. I sign in and try to get in so that I can buy minecraft, but the "lets go" button doesn't work when I enter a gamertag. It darkens for half a second and then returns back to its lightened state.

    I've tried to sign in and make a gamertag through the minecraft website, minecraft launcher, as well as from the xbox gaming site. Even making a completly random gamertag or using the recommended names doesn't work, I've cleared cache on multiple sites and difference devices, but it is the same way all around. I've also restarted my computer.

    Refund for anautorized charging

    You're authorization is there when you have your card on the account.

    When you go to make a purchase, it will ask you what card you want to use, if you have more than one. Next it will show you how much its going to charge. And then you have to click the confirm button to make the purchase.

    If you can't trust him to keep from making purchases, then get your card off of the account before he makes more.

    Microsoft isn't going to give you any more refunds after the 1st Unauthorized charge

    Rumor is Hideo Kojima just couldn't let control of the series go even if this is kind of an off shoot. He's back working on Rising. Which means the game should be even better, but makes me sad he isn't off coming up with the next great series.

    Stereo headset volume issue

    Hi Optical,

    If you are talking about the Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter, we have two of them and both seem to work very well. Pressing the plus (+) button makes the overall (Party Chat and Game) volume to go up. And, of course pressing the minus (-)
    button makes the overall volume go down. However, the Party Chat and Game buttons work more like a cross-fader. Repeated pressing on the Party Chat[+] button makes the Party Chat volume go up, while at the same time making the Game volume go down.
    Conversely, repeated pressing the Game[+] button makes the Game volume go up, while making the Party Chat volume go down. Microsoft has a short video showing how this works at the following URL, www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/headsets/stereo-headset-adapter
    . Hope this helps. But, lets us know if you are still having problems with your adapter.

    Hi! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community, not a Microsoft employee. Hope you are doing well!

    It seems this is being a trend now, though up till now I am not seeing any Xbox live status from the Xbox page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status yet but I am seeing fellow gamers posting in community forums as well and via reddit page https://www.reddit.com/r/xbox/comments/14weai1/...

    Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

    For the meantime, I suggest you try giving it more time or you can try creating here on this page https://social.xbox.com/changegamertag in case you are still having problem on the page.

    Try to go to https://account.microsoft.com page first. Once you are signed in go to https://account.xbox.com/profile page next to see if it will allow you to create one.

    I hope this works somehow. But if not, I suggest to try contacting the Xbox support team here https://support.xbox.com/en-us/contact-us to see if there are others who reported it to Xbox directly as there are really no updates yet from the Xbox live service status page and we don't have means here to check if it is a wide issue now as we are just fellow members.

    On the page, click on "Contact us" > Subscriptions & billing > I can't redeem a code > Type in "Support" then there you should see option to message or request a callback from the Xbox team. The option I provided here is diferent, this is just a way to easily find the option to reach the Xbox support.
