Unable to log in or create a support ticket for Forza 5

Everytime I try to create a support ticket it takes me to log in and after I log in and try to create a support ticket again it kicks me out of my account thus making it so i'm unable to find out why I got banned. I tried doing it in Microsoft edge to
see if it was google chrome messing up but it didn't help. I appreciate the help though

The first step I suggest to you is get the crash logs in the Event Viewer:

Press Windows and serach by "Event Viewer"

In the left panel select "Windows logs" and click in "Application"

You'll see the complete logs in the center window.

Clear the logs by right clicking the "Application" in the left panel, you'll see that the old logs will desapear.

Open the game again and a crash log will be generated.

Copy all the logs and create a ticket in the official Forza support site:

Raised a ticket with Forza Support, who closed it and told me to raise a ticket with Microsoft Support

I've opened another ticket with Forza Support, have just copied in the email from Microsoft Support.
