Not receiving email for confirmation code to sign into Minecraft

If you received a confirmation email on your gmail account when you redeemed the code, then that's the correct Microsoft account (the one that uses your gmail to sign in).

It will take up to 24 hours after you signed up for the Minecraft Earth beta to receive your code for the free skin via email.

If you signed up for Minecraft Earth on the website, then you would receive a code in your email address of the Microsoft Account you used to sign up. The code would be in the email, not your Xbox profile. So make sure you signed up with the right Microsoft
Account, and check all the emails associated to that Microsoft accounts, including Junk or Spam folders to make sure it wasn't sorted incorrectly.

Hi again Black! When you received the Red Spartan Avatar promotion email, was the redemption format the same? As in, did you enter your MSA in the email to sign in? Have you received similar emails for other promotions and successfully redeemed the codes?



In addition, can I have you log into accounts.live.com and check for any account notifications! I'd just like to confirm there is nothing there blocking you from receiving these codes. Let us know what you find!
