my Xbox app on my pc isn't sending codes when I press send code

Hi,

I bought it from an ebay seller, who sends the card picture with the 3 codes together.

When I enter the code, the system says is ok ("this is what you get" message)... just when i press next, last step, i get the "change your language settings" error.

I tried directly from my xbox and from the xbox app on my phone.

Are you playing on Xbox or on PC? Check message box on xbox app (w10) or on console for the code. It isn't working through mobile app i think.

Maybe, if you didn't receive the code it could be that they didn't send it yet. Last "code wave" should end next week.

By the way, if you ordered through any retailer other than the official Xbox/Windows Store, you will need to contact the retailer to receive your code as this is not handled by Rare.

OK, I've finally got the codes, but they don't work... When I entered in the code I got from my email inbox it says: "The wrong code was entered. Send a new code to your email and try again."

Then when I click on "Send me another code." it says "We couldn't send the code. Please try again."

ARGHHH!

On a website on a browser I managed to log in. On the Xbox app I couldn't.

It kept sending me codes to my email over and over again.

Also, I have game pass on my console. Do I have to pay to have it on my PC as well?

I need help, i cant download my give card, the code is good but when i press confirm it send me to fill information and when i finish is keep loading.
