To check where the game was redeemed on, sign in to your or your dad's account at account.microsoft.com/orders to see the full order history, and find the game if it appears. Hi Samy, thanks for replying. Unfortunately non of the recommended actions worked, as I said before I don't have issues installing and playing any other games from my Xbox pass, it seems to only affect Forza Horizon 4 which I find strange...

Just now I tried to install Age of Empires 4 and Halo Infinite and they all install just fine, it's literally only Forza Horizon 4...

as the licences have expired for the game it was delisted forever, any codes out there are expensive as you can no longer officially get the game or dlc.

most racing games expire due to licences with vehicle manufacturers and music artists expire.

if you want the dlc for forza horizon 4 i would get it before 2023 as that is when that one is most likely to be delisted too.

Forza 4 has been delisted along with its DLC from the store

Forza games typically remain available for 5 years, until their music and car licenses expire. After that you cannot purchase or redeem their items

The next game to be delisted will be Forza Horizon 4 sometime around September 2023
