So there is this person called [mod removed] on xbox this person stalks me with multiple alts most likely in the 100’s could you ban him I’ve reported him multiple times and he has threatened in a message saying he would use a knife toward me he was also reported for this always stalks I can list the alt accounts this person has [mod removed] and plenty of others

The enforcement team do not use the forums. You would have to report them via their profile in order for them to investigate.

As well as to change emails and passwords to most things you have and setup 2 step verification processes.

Reporting them is the only way to have the enforcement team investigate and take action. They do not use the forums and don't take reports here. If you haven't done so already, you should also block communications with him. If you feel threatened outside of Xbox, report it to the police.

First of all, when people are hacking into your account, you should IMMEDIATELY go to

https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage and change your password.

After changing your password, check that the hacker(s) did not add their own email or phone number to your account, otherwise they can again recover your account through these phone numbers or emails.

Remove all unknown emails from your account.

Further down the page, enable two step verification (TSV), and set up the free smartphone authenticator app.

By enabling TSV and binding it with your phone app, a hacker would have to physically steal your phone to get into your account again, as every login from an unknown device will prompt a code request, that only your phone can provide.

Without access to your phone, the hacker can't do anything.

After securing your account, make sure to block the person that is harassing you.

If the person uses multiple accounts to get around your block, temporarily set your online and privacy settings at https://account.xbox.com/settings to friends only.

That way, only known people from your friend list are able to talk to you, and you have effectively locked out the person from contacting you.

As for the login attempt:

You need to contact your local police department with the serial number AND the IP address from which the login was attempted.

Only the police can request information about the person using the IP address from the Internet Provider.
