Bendy And The Ink Machine Xbox Scythe Glitch Fix?

Hi,

A family member a while back purchased a horror game for our Xbox One called Bendy And The Ink Machine which when I started playing he told me about this challenge to obtain a secret Scythe & Black & White mode which here are the steps to get it to better explain it. Credit to Don Al on steam.
1. Don't die the entire game

2. In Chapter 2: Play normally until you turn the valve at the infairmary, then go to the pentagram you started the chapter on, there you'll see a searcher with a miner hat, don't kill him, lead him to the sewers and kill him like you did to the other searcher earlier in the chapter, it is important to note that when you are in the infairmary if you stick too close to the corner between the floor and the stairs you might fall down the map, the searcher too.

3. In Chapter 3: Here you have to:

• Make the ink blob in the room before alice appears, into a Boris shape
  
• Take the path of the angel
  
• When you get the task to break Bendy cutouts break the wooden planks the door in floor 9
  
• When you get the task to get hearts grab the axe in the room mentioned above and go to the room where you changed the ink blob and break the wall with the wooden planks (it won't work with the other axe) and start the trail
  
• For the searchers peek from the fence until a couple see you and retreat to the leaver room, there deafeat them and once youre done get another bunch
  
• For the butcher gang you might want to defeat those in the upper level and wait for Bendy to kill the ones in the bottom
  
• For the big searcher get on top of a couch and hit him dead
  

4. In Chapter 4: Collect all 31 Secret Bacon Cans and use them to defeat the Butcher Gang, Bertrum Piedmont, the Projectionist, & Brute Boris.

5. In Chapter 5: After getting to the Butcher Gang maze find a room with a broken down wall & on the ground there should be a scythe, pick it up & fight the searchers until you get to Joey Drew's office, when there a searcher with Sammy's mask will spawn, defeat it then go through the rest of the chapter without dying.
6. Chapter 1: Go back to Chapter 1 & raise the Ink Machine, then go to the room with the book & go to the boarded up section, the boards should be gone, & there is a trapdoor through the hallway enter the trapdoor & go through the ink portal when you have gone through the portal, there should be a black & white filter on.
Ok so when I tried to do this challenge on our Xbox One during the game when doing the steps there should be a flash of light after completing the final step of each Chapter but on Chapter 3 when defeating the big searcher the vision/flash of light doesn't appear/happen so when I go to the maze in Chapter 5 the scythe isn't there. So I tried many times but it is still bugged. But I know recently there was a remaster of Bendy And The Ink Machine for Xbox Series X/S which seemed to be a newer port of the pc version & not the Xbox one version to the Series consoles due to the lighting & effects not on the Xbox One Version. So I was wondering if this bug has been fixed for the Xbox Series X/S Version? If anyone knows if this is not bugged on the Series X/S versions or if it has been fixed or how to fix this on Xbox One that would be great. Thanks For Everyone's Time.
