    I have recently lost my account and many other accounts do to a virus that spread and took over many of my accounts including my microsoft account. I used my gmail account as the email and i still have access to the gmail but they changed the microsoft accounts email to something else. Ive seen when i try to login to stuff that i was already logged in on it asks for a password for a certain email which is not mine and is blurred out mostly. I had bought minecraft on the account and it had my account and I really enjoy the game. I contacted support and they said that they cant give me it for some reason. I do not make enough money to be able to spend it on another copy of the game and forget. Why cant they atleast give me another copy and just transfer the name? Dont they have records of email changes or anything like that. I still have access to the original email i signed up for cant they verify it through there? I could even maybe look for a product key or something im not sure but i could show that there were password change emails before the email was changed. I am really lost and would love guidance. Minecraft was a great game and I loved it alot I would love to have it back. Thank You.

    Looks like you have done loads of options already. Reading everything it sounds like the HDD is starting to fail which is why you are getting all these errors.

    The issue with the HDD is they do wear out eventually.

    So I'm probably out of luck then? That's a bummer, it will probably be a long while before I can replace the console
