    As you can see I'm having a plethora of issues, so I'll start with the first issue: when my Xbox 1 wireless controller is connected via usb (no batteries or battery pack inserted), and I press the xbox button, the button continues to flash white - worst part being, it worked just fine the previous day. I have done the following troubleshooting:

    1. I tried different USB ports

    2. I have tried different cables

    3. I have restarted my computer, with the USB connection still attached and tried pressing the power button with the same result.

    4. I have downloaded Xbox Accessories and it does not see my device.

    I thought then, I would try the bluetooth route. I inserted batteries, attempted to turn on the device, and much akin to when the controller is connected via USB cable, the xbox button continues to flash. I thought, perhaps I should remove the device and attempt to resync it. The issue is, when I go into my bluetooth devices, it says "Bluetooh is turned off" and when pressing the drop down to remove the device, it is grayed out.

    Before anyone says to connect it to my xbox 1 - I would like to inform you that I do not OWN an xbox 1 or similar products in my home.

    To say I'm a little lost would be the understatement of the year and any help would be greatly appreciated.

    make sure the model of controller you have supports Bluetooth the early ones didn't

    Yes, I'm trying to connect my controller via Bluetooth on my Windows 10 PC (It worked before yesterday). When I connect my controller via USB Cable it works fine.

    The XBox Button flashing slowly when it's turn on. When I press the sync button to connect via Bluetooth, the XBox Button flashes for 1 second and the controller turn off.
