I have bought battlefield 1 on pc but cannot play the game

Battlefield 1 is not available through the Microsoft Store for PC.

If Xbox Support directly told you that there's nothing they can do because it's not showing up in your billing history, then I'm not really sure what else can be done about it. It's the first I've heard of games vanishing from billing history though, the
only thing I can think of is if you originally purchased the game on a different Xbox live account?

24 is kinda let down for BF3 but thats why I bought a Gaming PC to play Battlefield how it is meant to be played.

This is why I don't play this game on consoles! Battlefield should have stayed a pc game only IMO, it's met to be played on pc. Hopefully the next gen battlefields will be better on consoles but I doubt it, this game is built for pc!
