    This crash appears to me shortly after Initial settings are opened in Forza, Age of Mythology: Retold and Minecraft (can be fixed if you close the narrator option fast enough). Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Blue box glitch?

    I seemed to have fixed it. When the console updated, it glitched out and turned the narrator on, but the glitch cause the narration to not work. All I did was turn the narrator off and now all is good.

    UHD movie on an XBox One...

    It turns out that somehow the "narration" was turned on. That was what was causing the descriptive voice. Otherwise, it played fine.

    how do I stop my xbox one to "talk" all the time?

    when did that start ? Mine has never said a word ...you narrator must be on somehow , I think the default is off...

    Go to Settings--Ease of Access--Narrator and see if its turned on

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    Game has turned to crap. Lost all progress, gold, downloaded collections, etc.

    Crashes every time I start it. Don't have to leave the "main" page to have it crash.

    Start it - sit back - it will crash in 10-15 seconds.

    Problem started on Nov. 8. About the time the new box appeared for "Other Casual Games".

    Of course tapping "Other Casual Games" causes a ERROR. Good job.

    All the games that come with Win 8.1 have problems.
