Gamer pic suspension

Dude Enforcement page has been down for over a week and nobody can access it to plead a case or contact support or Microsoft in general any way about anything. Why these advisors are telling you to go to enforcement page is beyond me. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing there.

If I may just add to this to answer your question further, it is possible for other gamers to report another user's gamer pic or tag, but if there is only a small number of complaints then these are usually ignored. If the number of complaints reaches a threshold, then they are investigated by a moderator before any ban is implemented. There are no automatic bands on just reported cases alone.

But they do have automatic algorithms that scan pics and tags for offensive material and do issue automatic bans. Although a pic to you may not be offensive, it still bay be to a lot of other users and I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done.

Submitting a case review at the enforcement site is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handle suspensions. If the suspension did already end, it wouldn't be possible to submit a review. Not all suspensions are eligible. Otherwise, if it is actually still in place, you'll have to wait for the enforcement site to be fixed before you can submit a case review.

Well that isn’t good enough when the case review had expired I could even have chance to do anything so what do I do now as I’ve got NO date on when the suspension will be lifted

Unfortunately, the only way to contact the enforcement team about a suspension is through the case review option, unfortunately, if that option is not available to you here:

Go to the tab "How do I submit a case review"

You would have to wait for the suspension to be lifted. :/
