No connection to WiFi after trying EVERYTHING

Hey guys!

I just came back from a 4 week vacation. Before that my XBox was working just fine.

Coming back it was still connected to my Wifi but couldn‘t establish an Internet connection.

What did I try so far:

1. Restarting TV and Xbox several times

2. Restarting the router several times

3. „Forgetting“ the original connection to start over

4. Pulling the plug of the Xbox

5. Manually inserting the Network name into the SSID window

It doesnt show any networks at all right now and my network is for sure working.

Anyone who can help?

Hi, can you try connecting your console to a different wifi network temporarily?
For example sharing mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect your console in that way

After that, try joining to your house wifi network and test

Then disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

It's my wifi won't connect to my xbox everything else works fine on the wifi but the wifi won't connect to my xbox one x

Try shutting down your console and then unplug it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes then plug it back in and try connecting to the wifi. If that doesn't help the wifi hardware may have died.

Thank you for the help. Clearing the MAC address was the culprit. I was trying everything I knew. Phone was connected to WiFi and reset the wifi twice. Your info was spot on and I thank you.
