    Game covers are not showing on the home screen (Xbox Insider console)


    Hi, I'm part of the Xbox Insider Program using an Xbox Series X. For some time now, the game covers are not displaying properly on the home screen. All the game tiles appear blank or show a generic image.

    I have already restarted the console, checked my internet connection, and confirmed that I'm running the latest update available in my Insider ring. I don't want to do a factory reset as I don't want to lose my current Insider status or settings.

    I’ve already submitted a problem report through the Xbox Insider app, but I’d like to know if this is a known issue or if there's anything else I can try to fix it. I appreciate any help or feedback.

    Xbox One turns on and then just goes to an all black screen

    This is happening to me , but I'm in the insider's. It's a black screen but if I hold the xbox button it dose show the option to shutdown or restart. If I back out of it my home screen shows. Strange one . 🤔

    How is it covering the cost of the console when consoles are supposed to last for 10 years with games being released and I paid for the console at retail value? This is also not including Gamepass.

    Gold is only there make more money, it does not cover the costs for running a Home screen lmfao.

    The ps3 lost money because of an outage that was potential revenue. This has nothing to do with Xbox as they have a lot more money.

    Hey, I’m trying to play rocket league. The disc is in my xbox, but it tells me that I don’t own it.

    Eject the disc from the console and hold the console's power button for about 10 seconds.

    Turn the console back on, and check that the console shows you a green boot up screen. If it does NOT show a green boot up screen, but goes to the Home Screen right away, hold the power button for 10 seconds again.

    During the time the boot screen shows on your console, take your disc to the kitchen and apply a small drop of mild dishwasher soap on the silver side of the disc.

    Then "massage" the soap with wet fingers all over the silver side.

    When all the silver side of the disc is covered in soap, rinse the disc under running water.

    Shake the disc several times and wipe the remaining drops with a soft, lint-free cloth.

    Go back to your console, insert the game and try again.

    I assume you are meaning via the home screen. I find it easy to access and navigate. With show all, search at the top under thr the main pain showing a game title. Then most popular, recently added, leaving soon and browse by category. Seems like they
    have it pretty much covered.

    Have you already tried to hold the power button on the console for about 10 seconds, and then starting the console again

    When the console takes so long to laundh, does it show a green Xbox One logo screen, or does it show you a black screen and goes to the Home Screen?
