How can i fix that i cant add friend?

It seems that your account is a child account with age restrictions. In this case you may not be able to add a friend to your account.

To fix this, sign into your adult Xbox account and change the privacy setting. Here is how to do it:

1. On your Xbox console, sign into your Adult account.
   
2. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
   
3. Go to System > Settings and click on Account.
   
4. Under Privacy & online safety, select Xbox Live Privacy.
   
5. Here you can either select a default profile or customize the settings as per your settings.
   
6. Click on view details and customize to make the necessary changes to the privacy setting.

To change the privacy settings your account must be an adult account, otherwise you will not have access.

Yeah - Live Status says it is fixed, but that is bull. I still dont see my friends list. My friends seem to be able to tell that I am online but cant send invites or message to me and I cant add friends to list.

Just to add, on the Xbox 360 there is also a friends list limit of 100. Once that is reached you don't see new requests on the account either.

For a friend to be a friend on Xbox 360, your friend has to friend you back.

If only you are the person befriending him, you become a "follower". Only if your friend adds you to their friend list on the Xbox One as well, you become friends.
