Follow the link to phone support that was given. You will be able to contact support for your region so it may not be English. You will need to contact support so they can help you get the email back.

If you don't remember your account email, I can advise you fill the account recovery form, in that way you're going to submit a ticket with Microsoft account recovery team

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone.

Hey i have tried that method but i dont remember my email address because that email where my games are was connected my old computer account.
