    Why am I locked out of my forza account and unable to login?


    I played forza as soon as it came out and I linked my Microsoft and PSN account to each other and than one time I closed my ps5 and loaded the game back up and it said I need to scan a QR code in order for me to login. I did this and put my email and did the code and it found my Xbox account, from there it took me to a screen on my ps5 and told me that I need to sign-in in order for me to play forza. Because of this I am unable to play with my friends. I have been unable to play since the day the game came out
