Why does microsoft deem it acceptable to lock you out of features of a game you paid for...

Just because people abuse the name change doesn't mean that Microsoft have the right to take away a privilege that I've paid for. I mean, do you think that its acceptable to change someone's GT after they've paid to change it and then charge them again to
change it back because you deem it unacceptable? Also, are you a Microsoft employee? Cheers.

If as stated it is in game and a feature of the game, you shouldn't have an issue. You may well have an issue if you upload a game clip that is deemed to violate the code of conduct. Not all game content is acceptable to be uploaded to Xbox Live.

Well I guess we have different views on what is acceptable. Personally, I don't see why it should ever expire, I've paid for it and applied it to my account. Whether there will be anything that I deem worth paying for in the next 15 months is irrelevant.

I can understand putting a time limit on points that have been paid for but not yet applied so they can phase it out for the new system. Saying that I'd be annoyed if I had unapplied points and then Microsoft turned round and said they are worthless :/

Just because your gamertag was inspired by a streamers notification does not mean it can not be deemed to be offensive or it would be acceptable to use under the terms of service set out by Microsoft.

By paying to change your name to something that contained a mash up of letters that made up a swear word was always a risk and in this case it didn’t pan out.

Why be honest about age when the service is not any cheaper for child accounts with blocked features. I paid for my sons account and I'm going to decide what he can and cannot do on the console. Why would I leave my parenting up to a corporation following
