I need help and have been trying to get ahold of a person at MS for days now...

All i get is the virtual agent who is no help at all. When did MS support go all virtual? Anyways, I am trying to log into my xbox and on my surface. I tried to reset password since mine didn't work. I go to reset password and it emails me a PIN. I put in the pin and it says wrong pin try again, so I do. Same result says wrong pin. Then I have to wait 24 hours to do anything. How can I talk to someone to reset my password? I have bought this expensive system that I can't even play a game on now because everything requires me to sign in. Online i finally get to were they will connect me to an agent but you have to sign in to get to the next step. No option to do it with out signing in. I am also having similar issues with my new surface that cost a ton of money too. How can thy get away with this horrible service.

I was only able to post this from a work account. It does not have any the games I've purchased on it though

I have been trying to get ahold of Xbox support for 3 days now and still haven't got reply on anything.

this is also something i would try and get ahold of the game devs and publishers as they may need to step in, in the event ms can not/will not.

ive been trying to get ahold of contact support for xbox live billing. The issue im having is i didnt want my subscription to automatically renew because right now i really didnt want to renew it, ive been trying to contact yall almost all day. if i can
have my subscription canceled and the money to be refunded to my account i'd really appreciate this. Please help. Thanks
