Please me help with error code 0x80830003.

I’ve been playing Xbox for 10 years, and I’ve never had an issue like this. Every time I open a game, I get the error saying I need to “make room” for saved data. However, I’ve reset my console several times in the ways I was told online, including deleting several games off my console while also clearing some of my save data for others. On top of this, I also completely deleted some of my progress from the Xbox for some games, making me lose it forever, just hoping that would work. I have hundreds of GBs open, but apparently I don’t have enough “save data” room. Please help.

Hey Bray101255, sorry you're dealing with that confusing error. I understand how annoying that is when you know you have space.

If you have an external hard drive plugged in, try unplugging it and restarting your Xbox by holding the power button for at least 10 seconds until it shuts off.

When you reset your console to factory settings, did you select 'keep my games and files'?

I’m not streaming on my Xbox. I’m using the gamepass app on my chromebook. I also tried playing on my iPad but it still got the same error code 0x80830003

I'm not sure what caused that issue. I did a quick search through the Xbox Support page for error codes, and that one says nothing was found about that error.

That is a strange error to appear, are you on the insider program?. Have you tried reinstalling the game at all?. Please tempted what was asked first by the agent and then try reinstalling the game.
