My xbox got an update and now my xbox isnt showing my recent games on my home screen or...

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps."

Thats not right at all I payed for my games and should be able to have unlimited times with my home xbox now I cant play my games because my account isnt home anymore and I spent well good money and now I got to wait a year? Sounds like xbox is becomeing
a joke.

Also, I'm trying to get the Marathon gameplate but it isnt showing up on my tag there. I have it, and have played it but its not showing up. It does however show up as recently played at my xbox live home page. Anyone know what gives?

Hello fellow xbox users. I am running into an issue where my network isnt working. Ive tried to reset my router, turn off my xbox, ect. And i cant use any of my games bc i just recently game shared and he set teh xbox as his home one and now that
my network isnt working i cant switch it to my home xbox. Its been like this for 2 days now. Please someone help. Xbox support doesnt know how to solve the issue!

Have you done a factory reset yet. Also is it only the xbox having problem with internet

I recently went to the beach and brought my xbox and it worked fine. Today when i got back and i plugged it in. it just kept showing the update screen. does anyone know how to fix this? note: whenever it gets off of the screen its just a black screen.
Update: It is now working fine. The Xbox screen said that there was a system error and i clould either restart or reset.
