Can't log into Minecraft Education

Hi

I have two pc: one is the school`´s pc (old and rusty) and the other one is a new laptop. On the old one I can log in Minecraft Education, but on the new one a problem occurs.

It says:

`´We were unable to sign you in. Please make sure you are signing in with your school or organizational account and try again.`´

Regardless what I try, I seem to be stuck here forever.

Can you help with this?

I live in the UK and we don't use Minecraft for educational reasons but Minecraft is on the school computers. I do think it's a good idea to use Minecraft for educational reasons since it's a fun game.
