I know my Microsoft account name but i dont remember the email and i can't login in my ps4...

I do know the login to the account however whenever i try to login it says "suspicious activity detected" and requires me to verify through the deleted email. and i dont remember enough of the info i put in to get the verification. I was a little kid,
i just put in random things for my date of birth and name. I dont remember tbh

I am sorry to know about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Just to set your expectation, due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they're protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.

In recovering your account, you must know the email address of the account because it's the primary key in finding your account from the system. A gamertag is not a valid sign in information.

I suggest that you check your other email's mailbox if you could find a copy of your lost email address. You could also check your other devices like mobile phones if you've saved your account login from its internet browser.
