Locked account

Discus and support Locked account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I want to reactive my locked account and I filled out the online form about 10 times.     Locked account


    I want to reactive my locked account and I filled out the online form about 10 times. Only 3 times I get an answer that I had entered too little data. In other cases no response was received. The phone number associated with the account is no longer live so I can only try to fill the form and I can give an e-mail adress. Is there any other way to speak someone and can I prove myself in any other way?

    Please try the steps below:

    1. To unblock your windows live id follow these steps
    2. Go to accounts.live.com and sign in.
    3. Select continue when it says your account has been blocked.
    4. Go to the email address shown and check the email.
    5. Get the code from the email, and put the code where its appropriate.
    6. Your account is now unblocked.
    Let me know if that worked for you.

    then you will have to post in the suspension forum (last forum at the bottom of the support page) they can tell you why the account was suspended (make sure you give them the correct name so they can give you the info).
