I have an active xbox pc game pass so I installed cod mw ii campaign included with pass but...

On my end, I can see it as the normal COD: MW II. It has the same approximate size of 132.87 GB. I guess you just have to let if finish downloading. That should include the game COD: MW II.

What console do you have? Xbox 1
When did you purchased the games? Sept 26, 2022, Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II - Vault Edition
Are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console? No
And, what did you tried so far to fix this? Closed and reopened the COD MW2. Rebooted Xbox 1.

The other included items with the Vault Edition are there for the COD MW II game. The Weapon Blueprints, Operator Skins, Season 1 Battlepass points.

The menu items to launch the Legacy games is found at the very bottom of all of the various COD MW II game modes. Including Warzone. However, when clicking any of the Legacy games it begins the 5,4,3,2,1 countdown and then nothing. Just presented with the same legacy games to select from. All 3 legacy games will not launch.

I did not purchase the legacy games as they are included in the Vault Edition so they should launch when selecting them from the available game modes within COD MW II

They already announced that the new COD: MW is set to! So I don't think it's not to far from being added. PC gamers has Game Pass now so we all waiting to merge and meet new competitive players.

PC game pass isn't out yet. Even when does, the games will be PC games, unless they get modified to become cross play compatible - which is no simple task, most will remain PC only.

MW was designed from ground up for cross play.

Having the same issue. Attempting to install games with the new Xbox Game Pass for PC (notably Metro Exodus and Wolfenstein II) will result in an error (0x80070780). I have no idea what to do. It's very frustrating
as I only signed up for game pass to play Metro, and I am currently unable to do so.
