Account compromised, how to recover gamesaves

If yall haven't seen my last two posts, my account has been hacked and is now up for deletion and because the hacker closed my account and I cant changed that because ms support is non-existent.

Is there anyway, at all, to at least recover my games saves. this is 15 plus years of account data gone and I'm freaking out.
