Why I can’t access the other account connected to Minecraft I had years go

I have an account but now I can’t access it since I tried to sign in. My Minecraft account had changed when I put in the details for it.

Look i’m gonna be honest, i’m having a panic attack right now as i think i’ve just lost 6 years of my minecraft account. I migrated it to a microsoft account and I can’t remember any of the details to, I only know that it is linked to my email (that i have access to).

It is either that problem or the fact that minecraft java is no longer on my account and i don’t know why?

Yeah I have an Xbox one I’ve had for years and have never had this problem either, I have a gold account and I have an adult account with everything allowed and nothing restricted yet I still can’t play. Why?

Thanks Janet but i had a question if they do decide to appeal my ban will i need to have do anything with my email connected to my account or not? because i forgot the password and can’t access the email but i can still access my xbox account so do you think they will just let me go back to my account or do i need to do something before that
