    I am one of the Xbox users in Morocco, and I would like to express my appreciation for the high-quality services you provide to gamers worldwide. However, I would like to submit a request on behalf of many players in Morocco regarding the activation of Xbox Cloud Gaming in our country.

    We are aware that this service is already available in many countries and has become a key part of a smooth and flexible gaming experience, especially for those who play on mobile devices or do not own high-end consoles.

    We sincerely hope that Morocco can soon be added to the list of supported countries, especially considering the significant improvements in internet infrastructure in recent years and the growing interest in cloud gaming among Moroccan players.

    Thank you for your continued efforts, and we hope our voices will reach the team responsible for expanding Xbox services globally.

    This is consumer technical support. No one who makes policy reads or posts here

    Morocco is not a region for Xbox hardware and would therefore not get cloud gaming at this time. There is no information on if or when that may change and you need to watch Xbox social media

    First and foremost please keep in mind that in this public forum, we are just fellow players like you, trying to help other players with our best intentions. We are not Microsoft/Xbox employees.

    As you mentioned, in Morocco it's not possible to play via Xbox Cloud Gaming because it's not available in that region:

    Therefore, the only thing you can do in this situation is wait for Microsoft/Xbox to add Morocco to the list of regions where Xbox Cloud Gaming is available.

    Hey , I'm From morocco please i have a probleme ! i buy a xbox live gold so now i'm a gold user but i can't receive any advantage of xbox live gold, because there is no region of Morocco in your interface ! can you add please , there are a awesome player

    EA cloud gaming on Samsung TV

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    It's true that EA games are included on the Xbox game pass ultimate, but not all EA Games are cloud-enabled which means that you will be able to play an EA game if it's included on the cloud gaming list for example "It Takes Two", but Madden is not cloud-enabled.

    The same goes for Xbox game pass games, there are games that are not cloud-enabled, which will really depend on the game.
