Game file error involving DirectX 12

So I am trying to run a game, and each time it throws up this result "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument."

I have removed the D3D12 file from the game files, but it didn't do anything, and I am at a lost. Any suggestions?

all windows have dx12 installed, your gpu (integrated gpu) does not support dx12 but the game was designed too use dx12 only, so unless you upgrade to a new laptop/pc with a dedicated gpu or more modern gaming apu then you wont be able to play that game, the other games you played probably older or designed for lower requirements.

you can't remove direct X 12, your video card likedoes not support DirectX 12 ultimate and the game likely requires it but first we would need to know what game you're trying to play and what your hardware specs are

I am trying to run Ambulance Life, a simulator game. I have 16G of RAM as well as a Intel HD Graphics 530. I know the GPU isnt the best, but I have been running multiple other games and it doesnt give me this issue. I also checked and I do indeed have DirectX 12 installed.

it runs other games such as counter strike just fine, the only error is that it says the system directx is a 10_1 and not 12 no issues installing or launching the game
