    Its been 5 days since I submit an account recovery for my Xbox account and i haven't heard...


    Both of my emails were removed from my Microsoft account by an unrecognized email and now every time i turn on my Xbox i see that persons full email and its asking me to verify for this account which i will not do and so in that case I currently have 0 access to that account, I had to switch to my backup for now. On 5/3 i submitted an account recovery form and provided accurate information of my account but i have heard nothing back yet. I called my bank today to cancel recurring payments from Microsoft for now if i get my account back, hopefully cancelling it does not affect the evidence that i owe the account. I tried customer support and nothing helps either these customer support bots aways ask me the same question and puts me on a loop. I need to contact a human and directly help me. Should I just keep submitting an account recovery every week or what can i do?

    I understand nothing to worry, the next and only best option you have to recover your account is by submitting the account recovery request through the account recovery webform here on this link:

    After submitting the recovery request, you will receive an update from the account recovery team within 24 hours.

    In the event that this won't work, kindly try to submit another request with more accurate details since this is the only option to recover the account.

    @AdmittingFaun82 I'm in the same boat, my advanced exchange was finally processed last Wednesday, 12 days after I bought the xbox, which broke the following day. I was told a new Xbox would be sent to me within 3-5 working days, i'd also get sent an e-mail
    with tracking numbers etc. It's now the 4th day of the 5 and still no e-mail to say the exchange has been processed and its on its way. I was also told the highest form of support team (the advocacy team) would contact me by e-mail about the issue within 5
    days. So far its been 11 days since I was told this and I haven't heard from them. It's just getting ridiculous.
