Xenoverse saying that I lost content to 3 dlcs yet it’s installed

OK, I got the DLC 1 to install. I went to the Store on the xbox one and looked up DBZ Xenoverse and saw the DLC 1 pack. I clicked it and it allowed me to install it. You would think the season pass would show the available installs under manage but that
is not the case.

Have you ensured that you have the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 - Extra Pack 1 installed on the console? If you go to

manage this game, can you see if this content is installed? If so, are you able to explore the Namek area of the map for this character to appear?

We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. Can you tell us if most of the DLC missions require that you met certain level restrictions or storyline progression restrictions? Also, we recommend making sure that the content has been installed by
going to "My Games and Apps", highlighting Xenoverse 2, pressing the start button, selecting Manage Game, and checking the installed and ready to install content here. Reinstalling the content would be helpful as well. Be sure to let us know how that goes,

None of the content for the season pass has been released yet.

The season pass will give you each of the 3 upcoming DLC's when they are released.

If you buy the DLC's individually you will be paying more, the season pass saves you money.

Again, none of the DLC has been released yet, the first DLC (Pack 1) is due to be release sometime this month and will contain GT Goku among other things.

If you buy the Season Pass at $24.99, you get the three DLC packs that were announced for the game today. Each DLC pack costs $9.99 on its own, so you save $5.00 with the Season Pass purchased.

• DLC Pack 1 – (March 2015) 3 Playable characters: GT Goku, Pan, and GT Trunks; 4 Time Patrol Quests; 12 Quests; 15 New Special Moves for your Custom Characters; 5 New Costumes.
  
• DLC Pack 2 – (Release TBD) Exclusive Playable Characters, Quests, Special Moves, and Costumes.
  
• DLC Pack 3 – (Release TBD) Turtle Hermit Set, Jaco the Space Patroller, and more exclusive content.

Have you installed all of the DLC you have associated with your game save? What could be happening is that your Mass Effect 3 save is searching for content that may not be installed on your Xbox One console yet. Check
